Construction Helper

We are seeking a physically fit and dependable Construction Helper to support our technical teams across various project sites in the UAE. You will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring all materials are prepared for daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Site Preparation: Clear debris, set up temporary structures, and organize tools to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials (cement, bricks, pipes, etc.) to specific work areas.

Technical Support: Assist masons, plumbers, and electricians by holding tools, mixing compounds, or preparing surfaces for painting and repair.

Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain power tools and machinery after use to ensure long-term functionality.

Safety Compliance: Strictly follow UAE site safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and hazard reporting.

Requirements & Skills

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift heavy loads (up to 25kg).

Teamwork: A collaborative attitude with the ability to follow precise instructions from site supervisors.

Punctuality: Strong time-management skills to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

Experience: Previous experience on a construction or technical services site is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication:Basic English or Arabic communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
